I love what I do and do what I love

I’m blessed. I don’t often say it out loud, but I truly am.

When I finally accepted the opportunity to start my own business, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.

A supportive network of women, who lift each other up, regardless of rank in the company. It’s a sisterhood. We look out for each other, help one another grow as business women and as individuals.

I’m learning a lot about leadership and teaching others, it’s something I have always wanted to do. I look forward to growing my team and my business. I don’t want to rush into things without knowing about my people, products, etc. Slow and steady wins the race, right?

I believe in self development, doing something every day. Learning, growing, evolving. All to be a better person, a better distributor for my customers, and a leader for my team members. I need to lead by example.

Putting myself out there in the public is scary and freeing at the same time. I’m saying, “here I am, take me or leave me!” And I did that when I went live on Facebook when I read out My SeneGence Why. I was so vulnerable in the moment but I pushed through it. I had to get over the FOWOT (Fear Of What Others Think) and just do it.

I don’t think I could’ve done it if it wasn’t for SeneGence, (well, it is my SeneGence why after all). I’ve gained such confidence. Confidence I never thought I’d ever have. And through that and putting myself out there, I’ve been recognised by my team manager for my efforts in the month of May. I’m stunned and honoured. Never in all the years I worked a corporate job was I recognised for my efforts.

I love what I do and do what I love.

With all that said, if this sounds like it is something you want to do, to start your own business, to grow as a person, get your confidence back and are driven to create your own destiny, then please join me and my growing team and our sisterhood. I can’t wait to meet you!
